Hosting and Domain Renewal Policies

Hosting and Domain Renewal Policies

1. General Terms

The renewal of hosting and domain services is carried out annually in accordance with applicable regulations and the policies established by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers. By renewing these services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

2. Automatic Renewal

Hosting and domain services will automatically renew for a period of one (1) year unless the client notifies us otherwise at least thirty (30) days prior to the service expiration date.

Automatic renewal ensures the continuity of the service and helps prevent the loss of the domain name and/or website hosting.

3. Payments and Billing

The cost of hosting and domain renewal will be automatically charged to the credit card or payment method registered on file.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that payment information is up to date and that sufficient funds are available to complete the renewal transaction.

4. No Refund Policy

Once the renewal of hosting and domain services has been processed, all payments are final and non-refundable.

By completing the renewal payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that renewal fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

5. Exclusions

Hosting and domain renewal services do not include modifications, updates, or changes to the website content or design.

Any updates or modifications to the website must be requested separately and may involve additional service agreements and additional costs.

6. Service Interruptions

The client acknowledges that during the renewal period, temporary service interruptions may occur due to system updates, maintenance procedures, or improvements necessary to ensure optimal server performance and website security.

While we strive to minimize these interruptions, we are not responsible for any losses or damages that may arise as a result of such events.

7. Regulatory Compliance

We are committed to complying with all applicable regulations related to domain registration and renewal, as well as the legal frameworks governing hosting services.

The client agrees to use the hosting and domain services in a lawful manner and in accordance with acceptable use policies.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring that all information provided for the renewal of domain and hosting services is accurate and up to date.

Additionally, the client agrees to comply with all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements, including the guidelines established by Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall our company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use hosting or domain services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these renewal policies at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.

Clients are encouraged to review these policies periodically to remain informed about any updates.

11. Renewal Through Direct Communication

In cases where our team contacts the client directly to manage the renewal of hosting and domain services, the following conditions apply:

11.1 Renewal Deadlines and Client Responsibility

The client will be notified of the renewal deadline. It is the client’s responsibility to complete the corresponding payment before the specified date.

11.2 Payment Delays

If the client fails to make payment before the specified deadline, we will not be responsible for domain expiration or interruption of hosting services.

The client acknowledges that delayed payment may result in domain loss and suspension of hosting services.

11.3 Reminder Communications

Although we may attempt to send additional reminders before the expiration date, the ultimate responsibility for renewing and maintaining the service remains with the client.

Failure to receive a reminder does not exempt the client from the obligation to renew the service on time.

11.4 Service Reactivation

In the event that the domain expires or the hosting service is suspended due to delayed payment, the service may be restored subject to:

• domain availability
• payment of outstanding renewal fees
• an additional reactivation fee

Please note that we cannot guarantee the recovery of an expired domain, as it may be registered by third parties once it becomes available.
